Things you need to know before booking ....
Swimmers must use either a wetsuit or tow float or both. These are available to buy in the shop.
Divers must be qualified or be under instruction. Solo diving is not permitted.
Dive schools/clubs/associations must hold current public liability insurance for min cover of £5,000,000.

About Our Store
Eight Acre Lake is located in North Cave, not too far from Hull and just off the A63.

We have a maximum depth of 14m which is ideal for most training courses, and provides good opportunities for recreational dives. There are several training platforms at varying depths around the lake if needed for training.
There are many objects to view around the lake including a PUMA helicopter, boats, and pipes, providing different training opportunities as well as an enjoyable dive!
We also have various fish breeds including; Perch, Trout, Sturgeon, Carp and Golden Rudd.
There are several entrances to the lake including 2 deep water entrances and a slope which has railings to help with entering and exiting. Around the waters edge there are many kitting up benches to make kitting up easier.
The lake has changing rooms and toilets, we have a brand new cafe with hot drinks and hot food currently available at weekends. There are also lockers available (own lock needed).
We have a shop full of swim and dive equipment from many brands and great prices!
Equipment hire is subject to COVID-19 restrictions as necessary.
